Indicative routes
Temple timings, museum closure days, traffic, weather, border instructions, queues and institutional access can require respectful changes. Equivalent substitutions may be made when necessary.
Darshan and access
Darshan follows the natural queue and arrangements of each place. Any assisted or priority access is included only when it has been legitimately confirmed. Visits to akharas, maths, deras, scholars, custodians or private spiritual spaces are arranged with prior consent.
Age and group composition
The person submitting an enquiry must be at least 18 years old. Minors must travel with a responsible adult or legal guardian. A fixed group departure may set a minimum participant age according to the route, early starts, walking, queues and road time. Private family journeys with younger children may be considered after the pace, rooming, vehicle and support needs are discussed.
Mobility and health
Walking distance, stairs, standing time, road journeys and access limitations vary by programme. Mobility needs, dietary requirements and relevant health information should be shared before confirmation so realistic alternatives can be planned.
Living institutions and special visits
Selected living institutions and custodial spaces are arranged individually. Confirmed details are shared in the final journey plan after permission, timings and group requirements have been coordinated.
Accommodation, transport and meals
The confirmed proposal states the hotel category, room type, meal plan, vehicle type, baggage assumptions and arrival or departure transfer window. Additional services are discussed according to the group’s needs.
Border and identity requirements
Attari and other security-sensitive visits require valid identification and remain subject to official instructions. Guests must carry the documents stated in the final travel note.
Photography and conduct
Guests are expected to follow dress, footwear, silence, queue, photography and location guidance at each place. Custodian instructions regarding photographs, recordings and location tagging form part of the visit conditions.
Confirmation and changes
The confirmed proposal will state the booking process, cancellation terms, substitution rights and force-majeure provisions applicable to that departure.
